The desert merchant Aphanne deals in cursed weapons, recognizable by their venomous hues and ominous auras. Her true wares are not the blades, but their hexes within. Aphanne herself is also similar to her stock -- a bewitching appearance concealing a twisted core -- and she derives great pleasure from observing her customers' demise after obtaining power beyond their means.
