Clad in the vestments of his profession, Daryl tells his young son that love is about generosity. Duty is about delivering on your promises. Justice is about fairness. However, all of this is communicated without a single word. Through living by example, his son has clearly understood the message. Daryl's hope is that when he is finally unable to take up his sword in his old age, his son will do so in his stead.
