Karina's village was beset by a horde of trolls while their warriors were off at war. She stood against the invaders alone, using her ability to wield a great number of daggers at once. They both inflicted damage and defended blows, affording her superiority in the face of the mob. The children and elderly, seeing her effort, took up crude weapons and aided her, and the would-be raiders were fortunate to escape with their lives.
