Silmaria had seen hope: a good-natured Hero from a densely populated planet encountered by the Mother Ark. No sooner had she met them than her heart was seized by feelings of revenge against the Empire. And while she felt ill-at-ease being so thoroughly overtaken by the violent sentiment, it did not make the newfound security she also felt any less true. Nor that one other emotion, which, despite her not knowing its identity, overwhelmed her all the same.
