On the prince's tiny home planet was nothing but a large tree and a volcano. To relieve his boredom, he would look out upon the sparkling sea of stars. It was during one of these stargazing sessions that he spotted a small seed drifting from beyond the expanse. It buried itself into the planet's fertile soil and grew into a beautiful rose. For some reason, the flower eased the pangs of loneliness and, before long, he had forgotten the very notion of ennui.
