Gauche received his first opportunity after becoming a subordinate of Rayzas. The gallant Rayzas had been infected by the demon-fume plague that had infested a small village. He had then transformed into a demon himself and attacked the people. This was Gauche's chance to get revenge upon Rayzas for scarring his back while also putting a stop to him. But there was one thing that troubled Gauche. He couldn't understand why anger had begun building up deep in his chest since he had heard the news of Rayzas' transformation.
