Whenever spring arrived, the estate's garden would be filled with the sweet fragrance of flowers and the cherry tree at the center bloomed in full splendor. Such was its attraction that fairies would be drawn to it, and so the kind Enpheline thought to provide them with entertainment, welcoming them with the dulcet tones of her harp.
