Having dreamed of the surface, the ruler of the ocean lifts its massive form from the water to the world above. At last the Ocean Dragon sees that bright sun, which the depths had previously concealed. The splendor of this land it has long pined for is beyond its wildest dreams. And yet the tidal waves issuing from its emergence have inflicted huge damage upon the world. Indifferent to the carnage, the Ocean Dragon looks to the sky for now, having simply resolved to enjoy the serenity.
